Whatever brought you here, let’s meet it together

Individual therapy and couples counseling, in person at the office in Charlotte’s Elizabeth neighborhood and by secure telehealth across North Carolina, with coaching available nationwide, in English and Russian. Every path begins the same gentle way: with a free consult, so you can see how it feels before deciding anything.

Couples Counseling

For the two of you, finding your way back.

Couples work helps you break out of the cycles that keep hurting, hear each other again, and rebuild trust and connection. We’ll look at the patterns underneath the arguments (attachment, communication, and the needs that aren’t getting said) and practice concrete ways to reconnect. Whether you’re in crisis or simply want to grow closer, there’s a way forward.

  • Rebuilding trust

Life, Career & Wellness Coaching

For the next chapter you’re ready to write.

Coaching is different from therapy: it’s future-focused and goal-driven, centered on things like personal or professional goals, life transitions, habits, direction, and creating structure. It’s for when you’re basically well but want traction and accountability toward the change you’re after. If you’re not sure whether therapy or coaching is the right fit, that’s completely okay. We can talk through that together.

  • Goal & direction setting
  • Career & life pivots
  • Confidence & mindset
  • Habits & follow-through
  • Work–life balance
  • Accountability

Clear, upfront, no surprises

Money shouldn’t be a mystery in therapy. Here’s exactly what things cost, and you’re always welcome to ask about any of it.

Individual therapy

Up to $175

Per session. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available. Just ask.

Couples counseling

$225

Per session for the two of you. Ask about coaching rates during your free consult.

Insurance

An out-of-network practice. After each session you can receive a superbill (simply a detailed receipt) to submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, clients who don’t have insurance or who choose not to use it have the right to a Good Faith Estimate, a written estimate of expected costs. You’ll receive yours in writing before your first session, and you can request an updated estimate at any time.

If you’re ever billed at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

All three links open the U.S. government’s official No Surprises pages (cms.gov) in a new tab, and as with every outside link here, nothing about your visit travels with the click.
